    They are tea blend experts (often called Tea Magicians!) and with over 100 blends, special seasonal teas and matcha on their famous Tea Wall.

    Sustainability, people and the planet is always at the forefront of their growth and their ethos and efforts fitted perfectly with a Webtopia partnership.

    Webtopia worked together with Bird & Blend on their Google advertising campaigns with our high-level strategy including increased visibility across audiences in the new business search and shopping market, with a goal to have a new customer acquisition cost of less than £20.

  • Three actions our Google Ads team took that made a big difference:

    ● Restructuring of the account with segregation between brand, non-brand search and shopping campaigns allowing us to have more control over the spends and bids.

    ● Shifting the shopping campaign investment from standard format to Performance Max and optimising this new format.

    ● Experimenting with audience layering and customized bid adjustments for top performing audience across the campaigns.

  • 23% year on year tracked revenue growth for established tea brand - increasing revenue directly attributable to Google to £223K.

    Alongside this, we achieved our KPIs, reduced cost-per-acquisition and maintained a profitable ROAS.
